Project Description
This week Bouygues and Walker Modular have finalised the delivery dates for the second phase of the University of Hertfordshire Development.
The project was secured by Walker Modular in July 2013 to supply all 1,997 Bathroom Pods over 3 Phases, The scheme will obtain BREEAM outstanding and True Zero Carbon ratings, making it among the first student accommodation schemes in the UK to achieve such accreditation
Completion dates are as follows:
Phase 1: Sept 2014
Phase 2: Sept 2015
Phase 3: Sept 2016
