Project Description
Walker Modular are excited to work on this new project comprising the construction of a new, BREEAM ‘Very Good’, 70-bed Holiday Inn Express hotel within the Travel Rest Services Area just of the A30 Victoria Junction, Bodmin.
The new hotel will be arranged over three floors, with the ground floor consisting of reception, restaurant, meeting rooms, hotel office and bar. The bedrooms and roof plant deck form the upper two floors. In addition to the hotel, there are two restaurants planned; these being situated on the ground floor, to be completed to shell structure at this stage.
The Bathroom Pods will be a light-weight steel construction manufactured to the IHG Groups specification.
