Project Description
Walker Modular have been chosen to provide the Bathroom Pods for the new housing development at Heriot Watt University. The new development at the Riccarton Campus, will feature 450 student room over 3 buildings which is expected to cost around £20m to build.
It is anticipated that the building works will start in January 2015, with a completion date scheduled for July 2016, ready for the 2016-2017 academic year.
Walkers will commence delivery in November.
