Project Description
The main development of Beech House consists of the construction of a five storey Student Accommodation ground with basement & a 4 storey Residential Accommodation in a separate apartment block, adjacent to main development. Walker Modular will supply Bathroom Pods for this development as the U-shaped scheme will provide 175 en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms will be arranged as 3-11 beds per flat clustered around a shared kitchen /diner area. The development comprises mostly brick and glass elevations around a concrete frame. It will be built to a high specification and to sustainable standards.
