The Matilda Street location currently comprises a part single-storey, part two-storey industrial building, with a second wing running parallel to Eyre Lane. The plan is to demolish the vacant properties and in their place, erect a six-storey student apartment scheme comprising 103 studios. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which will deliver 103 self-contained Studio bedrooms, ranging from 18-25m2 in size. In addition a shared amenity space at Ground floor will provide an operational management suite, with study and social spaces for residents.
