Walker Modular are proud to be part of this huge development at Arena Central to build an ambitious new private rental sector development in the heart of Birmingham. The scheme, worth in excess of £40 million, will create 323 apartments for private rent across two new 17 and 22-storey blocks on the Arena Central site in central Birmingham.
