Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this Student Residence development with ancillary uses in the North West area of Sheffield city centre, near the University of Sheffield International College. The development offers excellent accessibility to Sheffield City Centre and also to major arterial routes and associated transportation infrastructure and is within walking distance of both the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. This development will provide 543 beds of student accommodation (457 ensuite clusters, 69 self-contained studios and 17 one bed apartments) as well as two commercial units totalling approximately 4,340 square feet. Walker Modular are pleased to be a part of this development which is set to finish in August 2018.
