Project Description
Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this state of the art seven story accommodation development with 180 en-suite bedrooms spread across 29 cluster apartments. The apartments will all benefit from large, shared kitchen, living and dining spaces. There will also be a range of communal facilities including a reception area, study rooms, games area and common room. Externally there is a large, green courtyard area, and cycle parking. The modern seven storey building will sit between Leeds College of Art and Leeds Student Medical Practice and the scheme will significantly enhance the streetscape on one of North Leeds' main routes into the city centre. Completion in due in time for the start of the 2018/19 academic year.
