This 11-storey managed student accommodation building will compromise 475 bedrooms over a ground floor retail unit. This Student project represents a £45million investment in the city centre and it a real turning point in the regeneration of the north side of Belfast city centre. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this ground-breaking development on Great Patrick Street which is also a welcomed milestone to which Belfast can now begin to enjoy the economic benefits of the project.
