Project Description
This development is located on the UCLAN campus which is 5 minutes walking distance from Preston City Centre. Innovation House is a purpose built 4 storey student development comprising a total of 218 self-contained studios across two separate buildings. The development is the first all studio student accommodation in Preston. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for these student flats, which are needed to meet the demand created by the University of Central Lancashire’s £200m masterplan for the Preston campus. The scale and design of the development is striking but has been sensitively designed to integrate into the urban street scene and will positively contribute to the character and appearance of the area.
