Walker Modular are happy to announce their involvement to help develop Pittodrie Street in Aberdeen. The development is in close proximity to Aberdeen University and Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Student Accommodation project. The quality of these apartments and living spaces are very high and provide a modern living space for students and the students can enjoy their modern surroundings in a development close to the town centre. The location of the site is ideally positioned in close proximity to the University of Aberdeen with strong transport and pedestrian links to the city centre. There is a significant level of activity in purpose built student residences at present, this reflects the movement towards more purpose built accommodation to meet student demand. The Pittodrie Street development is expected to be completed in the summer of 2019, ahead of the 2019-20 academic year.
