Sweet Street Leeds is part of one of the largest private rental sector schemes in the UK and will not only create thousands of homes for people in different cities, it will create jobs and opportunities for many hundreds of people. Sweet Street introduces a developments to build 744 homes in Leeds as part of a private rental home scheme in Holbeck Urban Village, Leeds. The buildings form L-shaped blocks of between six and twelve storeys on land between Sweet Street, Manor Road, Ingram Street and St Barnabas Road that is currently used for car parking. The residential aspect of the Sweet Street scheme consists of 81 studio apartments, 295 one bedroom, 358 two bedroom and ten three bedroom apartments, while the plans also include 713 sq. metres of commercial floor space, 263 basement car parking spaces and 352 parking spaces. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this large PRS development in Leeds and believe this will help to build a sustainable community who will be able to enjoy the residential, commercial and open spaces of the development.
