Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Student Accommodation scheme which consists of 284 beds within an 11-storey student flat complex situated at Mayfair Court on West Street, Sheffield. The existing office block will be knocked down and replaced with the 284-bed building. The building is set to contain a gym, cinema and media room, a laundry, post area and cafe on the ground floor. The scheme on the whole comprises the demolition of office block and former bar and construction of an 11 storey building for purpose built student accommodation comprising 200 studios and 84 cluster bedroom spaces in 14 clusters.
