Walker Modular introduce this redevelopment of the site 4-10 Forest Road. The redevelopment will comprise approximately 440 bed spaces of purpose-built student accommodation and commercial space at ground floor level. Plans are to deliver a mixed use scheme comprising purpose built managed student accommodation providing approximately 400 bed spaces and 378sqm of flexible commercial/retail units.
