Hythe Mills presents residents with a fantastic range of accommodation in easy access to the campus and the historic Colchester town centre. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for Hythe Mills which also features a networking hub, a rooftop terrace, secure car parking, laundry and private study areas. The site is just two miles away from Essex University and has been designed to form a strong and defined addition to the Hythe waterfront. The accommodation campus will consist of 223 bedrooms and rooms are set to be a mixture of types with the majority being en-suite rooms clustered together in blocks of between seven and ten with shared kitchens and corridors. Standard studio rooms will have kitchen facilities contained inside them, as well with accessible studios which are set to be slightly larger.
