Project Description
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the new accommodation for 323 students on the Stagecoach bus depot site in Chester. The scheme would see the demolition of the bus depot, to be replaced by 45 self-contained apartments and 44 communal cluster flats with shared facilities, along with ancillary uses such as laundry and gym. The scheme is made up of three blocks of mostly four storeys, rising up to six storeys at the rear of the site.
