Project Description
This development is a 274-home build-to-rent scheme in Manchester’s New Cross. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the scheme which will include 274 one, two and three-bed apartments across two buildings, alongside a landscaped courtyard. There will also be residents’ lounges, a gym, and two roof-top terraces. One block will vary in height between eight and 10 storeys, while the other is between six and eight storeys. The overall scheme will provide high class accommodation for residents and is set to be completed by summer 2020.
