Project Description
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this student development as part of the larger transformation of the former BBC Oxford Road site into Circle Square. Walker Modular are happy to be a part of this regeneration for a 3.7-acre site known as Plot 9 as part of the Circle Square masterplan. The first phase of the development work is on course to practical completion with 604 high quality student apartments and it is envisaged that would be completed in 2019. The student scheme at Circle Square will include duplexes and cluster apartments and also include more study rooms and more innovative amenities.
