Project Description
This scheme comprises construction of a 6 storey building to provide a bar/restaurant use and hotel reception at ground floor level, with hotel accommodation above comprising 150 en-suite bedrooms. The Yates’s site in Blackpool town centre is set to provide a Premier Inn hotel in which Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods. This is a very exciting project which will complement the new public realm and will be a real asset to the town. The welcomed redevelopment of the former Yates Wine Lodge is expected for completion in 2020.
