Project Description
The project will see the adjoining land at the stadium ground towards the back of the ground's stand developed into student accommodation providing accommodation for over 300 students at the University of Exeter. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the student flats at St James Park which will be built on car park land behind the Big Bank. The scheme includes purpose built student bedrooms and studios within 4, 5 and 6 storey blocks. The student beds, located in close proximity to the Streatham Campus will help to accommodate the increase in student numbers planned by the University in a purpose built, professionally managed environment.
