Project Description
The development represents an investment of £6.1m introducing a 63 bedroom Travelodge hotel as part of the larger gateway development. The larger Gateway scheme will also include a drive-through coffee shop and a drive-through KFC restaurant and the scheme is targeted for completion in May 2018. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which is well located directly fronting the Tolvaddon Road, 100 metres from the main A30 highway.
