Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development at Wembley Park. The new build development on plot W03 will provide 320,000 sq. ft. of residential and retail space. The mixed-use project comprises of two blocks of 10 storeys and 15 storeys. The blocks include 340 Build to Rent units with associated common spaces and ground floor retail units.
