Project Description
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this new and Student Accommodation scheme which will see student flats built within York city centre, this would feature 98 flats across 20 clusters and an area of outdoor amenity space. The redevelopment of this site contributes to the ongoing regeneration of York’s Layerthorpe area and will focus on delivering another high-quality scheme which will help to fulfil the student housing need in the city. Work is aimed to be complete by July 2020, ahead of the start of the academic year and will bring benefits including job creation and increased expenditure from the new students.
