This Hampton by Hilton 218-bedroom hotel and café will be built at the site of the former Dublin Motor Tax Office. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which will be a great addition for the city as helping address the serious shortage of visitor accommodation within Dublin. The main aim for the rejuvenation of Smithfield is the creation of a bustling cultural quarter which will make the district a more attractive proposition for visitors. Right on the Luas line, just set back from the Liffey, the proposed hotel will be less than a 10min walk to the likes of Temple Bar.
