Project Description
This development site is located between Rockingham Street and Bailey Lane in Sheffield city centre, very close to the University of Sheffield campus. The cluster apartments will be purpose-built student accommodation with a total of 618 bedrooms as well as include ancillary facilities including management, suites and social study spaces. There would also be an additional 72 studio, 39 one- and 32 two- bedroom flats which are to be PRS accommodation. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is due for completion as a whole in the summer of 2021 in start for the 2021/2022 term.
