Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for a new 78-bed Travelodge hotel at Rainham Road South, Dagenham. The hotel will be located adjacent to a new Sainsbury’s and Marston’s pub on a major regeneration site at the former Sanofi site. The site is ideally located opposite Dagenham East Tube, making it the perfect location for people commuting to work in East London. The hotel has been styled in Travelodge’s new contemporary brand design, which has been created by leisure and business customers. The London Dagenham Travelodge represents a development cost of £5million. The 78-room hotel, which offers a Bar Café and on-site parking, is located close to the purpose-built London East Leisure Park, enjoys easy access from the A13 and is handy for London City Airport, Docklands and the City.
