Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this part of the regeneration scheme which consists of the construction of 3 no. reinforced concrete frame PRS residential accommodation blocks of up to 17 storeys, providing 553 new homes to the Wembley Park regeneration site. Residents of South West Lands will benefit from a centralised ‘hub’ with an onsite gym, library, resident’s lounge, flexible workspaces and 24/7 concierge service leading out to a podium garden. The project is formed around a series of south-facing courtyards with private balconies and communal roof terraces to reveal spectacular views across London, while South Way and Station Square are activated at ground level with terraces, residents’ facilities and retail units to animate the space.
