Project Description
The development is near BIMM’s Brighton campus and adjacent to Falmer train station, making it also easily accessible to students from the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton. Once complete, the contemporary 4-storey building will comprise of 71 units divided into 55 cluster beds and 16 studio apartments, including 1 disabled unit. A large communal area will also be located on the ground floor together with laundry facilities, reception and main entrance. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project with the completion of this scheme scheduled for summer 2021.
