Located in Leeds, in a sustainable location and close to popular established universities this 177 bed student accommodation comprises of studio flats and cluster flats. Communal amenity space is provided is for residents, some of which would be informally made available as community meeting space. Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which will provide the Leeds area with well-priced student accommodation and create a living environment that encourages socialisation and wellbeing as part of the educational mission. This scheme will be completed in time for the start of the 2021/2022 academic year.
