This development will rejuvenate a site that has been vacant for over 10 years and will create an elegant, beautiful and unique building to complement and enhance this important location within Tower Hamlets. The hotel fronts West India Dock Road and rises to create an L-shaped bookend at the furthest point from Salter Street, naturally protecting and providing shelter to the generous landscape garden at level 7. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project which once complete will provide in-demand visitor accommodation within London.
