As part of a mixed-use scheme for the Essex town, this will see a new 70-bed Travelodge hotel as part of the regeneration in the town. It’s the beginning of an exciting transformation which is believed to encourage other businesses and services to set up home in the future. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this new Travelodge Hotel which is set to create jobs in the area and bring visitors to the town. The development is a fantastic location for the hotel given its excellent transport links and will be next door to the new and improved bus interchange.
