New five-storey Travelodge hotel is to be built off Goldcrest Way in South Gloucestershire within the enterprise area.
This hotel is located within a prime area and will connect to the new link road to the new M49 junction and also in respect of proximity to public transport, excellent vehicle access for business visitors, and local access for the existing businesses in the area. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which will boast 81 bedrooms, bar/café and function space which will create seven full-time and 21 part-time jobs.
