The scheme will deliver extensive landscaped gardens, large common areas and student facilities including a student lounge, gym and cinema. A total of 361 units – some as individual studios, but the majority set out in clusters on each floor will encourage student interaction. Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which overall is a demolition of an existing building and a redevelopment to provide student accommodation in four blocks (5 and 6 storeys high) including communal facilities, along with associated car park, landscaping and access.
