65 London Road will form a high quality purpose built student accommodation which will replace the disused car wash buildings that are currently present. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is situated within Edinburgh’s Meadowbank area in which the studios will offer increased amenity space for the students. This will have a shared communal room located on each floor and is connected to the neighbouring student housing scheme via a glazed link corridor that will ensure a more efficient energy strategy across both developments.
