Project Description
This student scheme located in the sought after area of Earlsdon, Coventry is within a 10 minute walk of the city centre and train station and is set to be delivered in August 2022. Both Coventry University and Warwick University are accessible in under 15 minutes from the site and will see 55 student clusters and 55 self-contained student apartments in buildings ranging up to six storeys for students at Warwick and Coventry universities. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this new student accommodation scheme.
