Less than 5 minutes away from the University of Surrey on foot; amongst the residential neighbourhood of Ash Grove opens a new selection of Student Accommodation in Guildford. Aiming for completion before the start of the 2023 academic year, this development will feature 79 studio flats across 3 buildings of a communal court. Each flat will contain a small kitchenette and ensuite facilities, and the site is set to have a shared common room and gym for residents use. Walker Modular will proved all the Bathroom Pods for the scheme, which aims to be all but car –free, providing cycle parking and a handful of disabled spaces but otherwise encouraging a more eco-friendly way of life.
