Project Description
Located on Whitelock Street to the north of Leeds city centre, plans are to demolish a number of vacant buildings on the site to provide student accommodation with ground floor commercial and cultural uses including potential for convenience retail, food-beverage and artist’s studios. This development to accommodate students within the 105 flats will be formed of 53 studio flats and 52 cluster flats: one four-bedroom; 18 six-bedroom; 18 seven-bedroom; 15 eight-bedroom. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is creatively focused, including both gallery and studio space. Practically on the doorstep of both the city centre and universities, this scheme will transform a run-down area into a thriving, artistic student hub.
