The Residential counterpart to a Student Accommodation scheme in Bath, the Dick Lovett site was originally an old dealership that specialised in cars. Now, the site had been split into 2, with the east side been assigned for over 300 PBSA units and the west side consisting of circa 343 beautiful, Build-to-Rent apartments across 2 buildings. As they did in the eastern side of this development, Walker Modular Bathroom Pods shall continue to feature throughout the Residential section of this scheme, which ranges from studio flats to large 3 bedroom apartments. The site itself is designed to be supportive of the areas heritage status, with communal gardens bursting with greenery and an elegant exterior inclusive of large statement windows, as well as additional commercial space. All in all, this build is set to turn this industrial zone in Bath, to a budding little neighbourhood.
