This redevelopment of a former warehouse in Colchester will create an eight storey block purposely built for Essex’s growing student population. Introducing housing for more than 280 students, specifically designed to provide as much privacy and light as possible, this environmentally friendly development will stand alongside the other major changes the area has enjoyed.
