Project Description
The development in the Rea Valley Urban Quarter will see 551-apartments built across six blocks at the northern end of Sherlock Street. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for all new residences sure to aid the local population with their compilation of one, two and even three bed flats available to rent. Supporting those within the Rea Valley Urban Quarter, this build will add a collection of greenery, a pedestrian walkway and an offer of affordable housing on site all while bringing a vibrant array of colour to the landscape of Sherlock Street.
