The Bathroom Pods for the scheme are to be manufactured by Walker Modular; and upon completion, the build will feature commercial space on the ground floor. Designs for the development include a modern façade featuring neutral brickwork and large windows, transforming the old Edwardian factory site into a stylish, contemporary structure.
