Project Description
Following the demolition of the former mill building which was originally occupying the space, 63 Brown Street will be a new student accommodation build offering circa 360 student bedrooms for those studying in Dundee. Providing a mix of studios, twin studios and cluster flats, the new development will feature Bathroom Pods manufactured by Walker Modular and a portion of commercial space on the ground floor. Climbing seven stories tall, the build is based in a popular location for student accommodation, less than 10 minutes away from the University on foot. Furthermore, the site offers several community lounges, and the whole of Dundee city centre is at the doorstep.
