Project Description
Based at one of the oldest Universities in Oxford, the residential campus at St Edmunds Hall will be a mix of new build residences and a remodelled Victorian Villa that will eventually offer homes for circa 128 students in the area. Surrounded by stunning landscaping, the increase in accommodation aims to reduce the number of students staying in shared housing and ease the pressure on the local housing market. The Bathroom Pods for the development will be manufactured by Walker Modular and as a whole, the site continues to exhibit Oxford’s rich history.
